Products
The new System 200 and System 300
Modular Crushing and Screening Plants
consist of several pre-designed static
and semi-static "plug and play" modules.
This simple but effective product line
from Terex Minerals Processing Sys-
tems gives customers the fexibility to
choose "ready to work" modular crush-
ers and modular screens to create sys-
tems that will ft a variety of applications.
The System 200 has the capability to
process up to 200 tph (180 mtph). The
System 300 has the capability to process
up to 300 tph (275 mtph). Each system
has the fexibility to be set up in multiple
confgurations to ft a customer's needs.
Modules to choose from include the
MJ42 and MJ47 Modular Jaws; MC1000,
MC1300 and MC450X Modular Cones;
MV2000 Modular VSI; MHS6203 and
New Modular Solutions from Terex MPS
MHS8203 Modular Horizontal Screens;
and the MSF24 Modular Surge Hopper.
All modules are designed to ft and work
together interchangeably. Set-up time
and ease of operation is aided by the
simplicity of the modular product range.
All of the company's modular crushers
and modular screens bolt together on
site and require minimal on-site wiring.
Designed with logistics in mind, the mod-
ules and their components can be easi-
ly transported in standard 40-ft. (12.2m)
shipping containers.
