The new site, www.atlascopcousastores. com, will have easy-to-navigate equip- ment listings, allow customers to request parts and communicate with the service department. Whether it is new or used drill rigs, air compressors or paving equipment, the new website will make searching for information and contacting regional stores convenient. Rob Root, Atlas Copco USA vice pres- ident of product support and mining stores, said, "Our regionally locat- ed stores ensure that our customers receive the best product support . Atlas Copco offers several programs to reduce operating costs while maxi- mizing productivity. Greer said, "I'm especially looking for- ward to the used equipment listing so people can see what we have without having to come to our yard. The rankings look at corporate sustainability and environmental impact. Atlas Copco ranked 11 th among 500 of the world's largest publicly-traded companies accessed for the rating, and top in the industrial segment. Earlier this year, Atlas Copco was also among those recognized by the United Nations at the agency's major confer- ence on climate change for the Atlas Copco's goals to cut carbon dioxide from its products and operations. The Newsweek Green Rankings also factor the company's general sustain- ability. Atlas Copco had been recog- nized earlier this year as one of the world's most sustainable companies in the annual Global 100 list.
