Booth C32949 Rockmore will be unveiling its new Vector Rod System to the North American construc- tion and aggregates market. The Vector Rod System with its new XT thread design suit- able for male/female (MF) extension rods is a design advancement of the traditional "T" style thread. The XT thread is a major breakthrough in improving performance and service life of extension drill tools by ensuring straighter and deeper drill holes, reducing hole devi- ation, improving thread grease retention on the thread pitches, and maintaining cooler couplings for easier thread breakout. The XT thread is fulling compatible with the standard "T" thread and can be inter- changed as needed in the drill string. Visit the company's booth to learn more about the Vector Rod System and all its other drilling products including the company's new Tubeless T-Series DTH hammers, Vector Rod System, ROK DTH hammers, DTH bits, drill rods and bits, and everything else they manufacture. Rockmore International Inc., www.rockmore-intl.com Stedman Machine Co. Booth C30919 The Stedman Machine Co.'s Model H-54 multi-cage mill will be on display at booth C30919. It's best at pulverizing, grinding, crushing and mixing abrasive and non-abra- sive materials – wet, sticky or dry. The H-Series provides a finer, more uniform grind; can handle up to 240 tph and are reversible for extended wear life. Stedman cage mills are engineered and constructed to operate at or near-peak efficiency longer, providing a greater return on capital invest- ment over their life, noted the company. Cage mills are capable of producing a variety of product gradations and easily adjusted by changing the mill's cages, speeds and rotation. The H-Series Cage Mills feature a quick-opening housing for quick inspection and maintenance. It allows for minimum downtime for wear part replacement and inspection. Each H-Series Impact Mill hous- ing can accommodate two-, four-, or six-row cage assemblies. This versatility is further enhanced by the capability to vary the number of pins in each row, to vary the rota- tional speed of each cage in relation to the other(s), and to change the relative direction of rotation of the cages. For wet material applications, air cannons are mounted at the intake and discharge to help prevent buildup of wet material. A hydraulically operated, quick-opening retractor provides rapid access to crush- ing components for inspection or change out. The quick opening feature allows pre- scheduling of downtime for parts change out based on regular inspections. Inspec- tion requires about five minutes, complete change-out of wear components as little as one hour, or less. The company will also show its Vertical Shaft Impactor Tube-Style Metal Rotor that offers higher tip speeds and lower maintenance costs. The patented VSI Tube-Style Rotor cre- ates higher tip-speeds, which increases first pass yield, yields tighter particle size distri- bution and reduces recirculation loads. The rotor rotation is reversible, allowing wear on both sides of the tube. Rotating the indexing tube one-quarter turn increases the wear surfaces. The Tube-Style Rotor and Revers- ible Anvils can be retrofitted to any brand VSI. Applications include limestone, sand and gravel, and many more. Raw feed sizes up to 2.8-in. Models up to 300 tph are avail- able. Capacities vary depending on feed size, feed rate, operating conditions, desired product output, characteristics of feed mate- rial, and equipment configuration.
