The company has sold, installed and commissioned over 1,000 turnkey installaƟons globally, includ- ing the largest wet processing plant in the world in Qatar. The company's unrivalled processing experience includes classifica- Ɵon and beneficiaƟon of minerals and val- ue addiƟon for quarried building materials and demoliƟon waste. Projects/ Services overview The CDE equipment range has applicaƟons across a wide range of materials and is de- livering significant efficiencies in the con- strucƟon and recycling, mining, specialist industrial sands and environmental sec- tors. Working across five sectors and eight regions, CDE has been co-creaƟng with customers for 25 years to deliver collabo- raƟve, imaginaƟve and unique processing systems. The company's headquarters are located in Northern Ireland and it has of- fices in India, Brazil, Australia, and North- ern America. CDE also has representaƟves based in North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. InnovaƟve technologies The success of the company is largely driv- en by its consistent focus on innovaƟon. A finalist at the Bauma InnovaƟon Awards 2016 in Germany, CDE nurtures and invests in its research and development (R&D) de- partment to ensure it remains at the top of modern technologies in order to offer the most efficient, value for money and user-friendly equipment. The company's technologies are widely regarded as indus- try leading. Customer focus CDE's core focus in the implementaƟon of new technologies is the delivery of best performance for its customers. Not only do the company's technologies have a proven ability to deal with parƟcularly difficult materials, but they also allow for maximum producƟon and therefore min- imum waste. In a bid to ensure seamless communicaƟons, CDE has teams in each re- gion in order to be close to their customer base and available for a phone call or a visit without any language or Ɵme zone issues. Turnkey projects CDE's project management experƟse is ex- tensive and the company takes charge of all aspects of each project from iniƟal discus- sions through to the installaƟon phase and beyond. Services includes design, manufac- ture, installaƟon, commissioning and aŌer sales. For each plant CDE designs and deploys, the ProMan system kicks in as soon as the order is placed. ProMan entails the allo- caƟon of a Project Manager as the single point of contact for the client. Supported by a Project Team that covers all aspects of the work, the Project Manager accompa- nies the client from the concepƟon of their bespoke wet processing installaƟon to its commissioning, with responsibility to deliv- er the highest level of quality within agreed Ɵmeframes and costs. The North American market With a team based in North Carolina and Texas, CDE has been growing its footprint across North America over the past four years. Especially adapted to the North American market, the CDE M5500 wet processing plant, which can produce up to 550 tons per hour of washed materials on a single chassis, was launched at CONEXPO-CON/ AGG 2017 in Las Vegas in March. Tony Convery, President of the CDE Group, said: "Year aŌer year, CDE keeps innovaƟng in equipment design as well as focusing on efficiency and reducing the environmental impact in the wet processing sector." "The CDE systems are focused in the con- strucƟon, mining, environmental, industri- al sands and recycling sectors and we see a strong future for our products in the North American market." "We look forward to parƟcipate in the Frac Sand Equipment Expo on September 27th in Houston, where we will be introducing our latest innovaƟons and soluƟons adapt- ed to the requirements of North American operators."
