They are used for crushed stone, hard rock and ore reduction, and C & D recycling applications. And, they are designed specifically for stationary primary crushing plants as well as mobile and portable plants. All Rock Breaker Boom Systems include positioning pedestal boom, ORV Series hydraulic impact breaker, electric power unit, operator controls, first use start-up and commissioning including operator and maintenance training. Available options consist of premium and radio remote controls, pan-zoom camera system with either coax cable control or fiber optic control and inte- grated package with rock breaker boom system, power unit and operator's cab mounted collectively on an upper car - riage platform. Okada's own ORV Series hydraulic breakers, mounted on the rock breaker system boom, range from 375 to 7,500 ft.-lb. Impact Energy Class. In addition, they can be used for mobile excavator mounting pit hammer applications. Okada America Inc., www. The MOBICONE MCO 11i PRO cone crusher with the SPECTIVE control concept is one of four advanced-de- sign mobile crushing plants from Wirtgen America. Designed for tough and demanding quarry applications, this high-performance cone crusher is powered by a diesel-electric drive and achieves an output of up to 518 short tph. The plant can also be equipped with an external power supply for even more efficient operation. As the hydraulics are installed in the lower part of the plant, the MCO 11i PRO has a low center of gravity, and thus more stability, reducing noise and vibrations to a minimum. All plant components can be easily reached from the ground or via spacious work platforms for main- tenance work and refueling the plant. With SPECTIVE, Kleemann presents its new, intuitive control concept. SPECTIVE is simple to understand and supports the operator in his or her work. The use of clear symbols makes all plant functions recognizable at a glance. Only the information relevant for the machine operation is displayed. Similar in presentation to a smart phone, the operator is guided by the control system, reducing the potential for operating errors. In addition, data relating to the machine operation can be retrieved via the control system, and the levels of diesel and lube oil, for example, can be viewed in the plant cockpit. SPECTIVE is available initially for the MOBICONE MCO 11i PRO and the latest impact crushers in the MOBI- REX MR EVO2 series. Owing to their compact dimensions, the plants in the EVO series – the MC 110 Zi EVO mobile jaw crusher, the MR 130 Zi EVO2 mobile impact crusher and the MCO 9 Si EVO mobile cone crusher – are easy to transport and can be deployed efficiently, making them an attractive and popular crusher choice for producers. Their integrated diesel direct-electric drive concept makes it possible to obtain high performance and economical power consumption at the same time. These EVO series crushing plants are equipped with a Continuous Feed System (CFS) for optimal operation, controlling the speed at which the material is conveyed in relation to the crusher fill level. For more demanding, multistage crushing processes, the plants can be optimally interlinked via the control system, and work very well when combined.
