Rockydale Quarries Corporation (RQC), a diversifi ed, privately owned business, head- quartered in Roanoke, Virginia, seeks to add additional independent directors to its board. RQC has 150-employees at its eight locations. The locations include (7) aggregate stone quarry operations and (1) lime process- ing facility. RQC has been serving customers in Virginia and North Carolina since 1932.
The Board of Director will assist the executive team in making strategic decisions regarding growth, diversifi cation, capital planning, allocation and leadership succession. The Board of Directors will meet up to four times per year in Roanoke, VA.
