A project tem- plate is on display and Graymont staff are on site to present highlights and answer questions. The Heritage Project is based on the three pillars of sustainable develop- ment – economic, environmental and social – all of which are necessary for the long-term success of such an endeavor. The project will significantly extend the long-term operational life of the Bedford Plant, safeguarding not only direct employment at Graymont's operations but also numerous indirect jobs among local suppliers and commu- nities – which together account for an estimated 15 percent share of economic activity in the Greater Bedford area. Implementation of the Heritage Project will be carried out in accordance with world-class environmental standards, and Graymont will use best construc- tion practices in order to minimize the impact on the community and adjacent farmland. On May 2, members of The H&K Group (H&K) attended the unveiling and ded- ication of the #POCONOMTNS Inclusive Playground project at Pocono Race- way in Pennsylvania, now the first motorsports facility in the world to be sensory inclusive. Jim Haines, chief operating officer at H&K, was approached by Nick Igdal- sky, Pocono Raceway CEO, to get H&K involved in this monumental project by donating materials to the playground. H&K was more than willing to donate both time and materials to the Inclusive Playground given its strong history with both Pocono Raceway and its support of autism issues. H&K ultimately donated stone, grad- ing, seeding and landscaping to help Pocono Raceway achieve its goal of completing the new park prior to run- ning of the Pocono 400 on June 3. The #POCONOMTNS Inclusive Playground was designed for children of all ages and abilities to learn, grow and play together. H&K Group Contributes to Inclusive Play- ground at Pocono
