The midrange TS600 is an excellent general-purpose vehicle scale instrument, perfect for customers who need to upgrade or replace an existing analog instrument or require a mechan- ical-to-digital or an analog-to-Intalogix conversion. It is also ideal for those who want a general-purpose instru- ment to feed serial or Ethernet weight data to a computer. The TS600 Series is available in analog or Intalogix-ready versions and with three enclosure types: desktop (stain- less steel and black powder coated steel, NEMA 12); desk/wall mount (stainless steel, NEMA 4X); and panel mount (stainless steel and black powder coated steel, NEMA 12.) The instruments feature a 16-segment bright red LED display, which provides easier-to-read text on the screen when compared to traditional seven segment displays. The instruments operate in three mode types: gross–tare–net mode (GTN); inbound/outbound mode (in/out); and basic in/out mode (1 button weighing). TS60X models are analog instruments, which take the analog signal from the load cells and convert it to a digital signal inside the TS60X instrument. In multiple load cell applications, all sectional adjustments are performed at the analog summing box(es) located at the scale platform. Final scale cal- ibration is performed through the instrument. The TS60X instruments do not offer the on-board diagnostics and digital load cell communication found in instruments featuring Intalogix Technology. Thurman Scale, Cardinal's ARMOR Portable Truck Scales Come With Digital SmartCells Cardinal Scale's ARMOR Portable Digital Truck Scales can be moved to multiple locations for changing job sites. Their modular design with expandable bulkheads allow you to vary platform sizes depending on weighing needs. The ARMOR Portable features IP69K- rated waterproof digital SmartCell load cells, capacities up to 135 tons, heavy- weight 50-ton CLC, 5/16-in.-thick checkered steel deck, anti-corrosion baked-on tan powder paint, top-side access to all electronics, and NTEP and Measurement Canada approval. The ARMOR Portable Truck Scales fea- ture an extremely low 18-in. profile, and the versatile design allows for easy set-up for changing environments. The scale may be set on compacted ground surfaces or concrete piers. The floating center module makes it easy to add or remove sections to fit application requirements. The clear- ance gap below the lower frame allows for easy washout cleaning. Set up is fast and easy, because there are no junction boxes used in the scale and the digital load cells plug and play with each other and provide digital diagnostics for each individual load cell at the indicator. The state-of-the-art, debris-inhibiting load cell stand design limits obstruc- tions to the scale's performance with the digital load cells mounted high within the stand near the scale deck. The load cell stands are fabricated from 1-in.-thick steel to minimize rust and corrosion damage and ensure long-term strength and durability. The long-lasting baked-on tan powder coat paint finish ensures a lifetime of trou- ble-free protection. The Cloud-based iSite remote monitoring software offers email and/or text alerts to ensure your scale is performing during peak operations. The NTEP legal-for-trade ARMOR series arrives fully prepared for quick installation with load cell stands pre-in - stalled. Cardinal Scale's unique axis frictionless centering system provides gravity-driven dynamic centering to restrain deck movement and vibration. Each ARMOR weighbridge features interconnecting load blocks and receiv- ers for efficient, no-bolt installation. Enhanced rodent protection is stan- dard throughout the truck scale using braided wiring and conduit integral throughout each scale module. Every ARMOR truck scale is 100 percent assembled, pre-calibrated, and tested before shipping. Cardinal Scale, Thurman Scale Announces New Desktop Scale Instrument Family
