The meeting took place at the company's Morris, Minn., corporate headquarters. "We believe there is no better group to service and support our shared customers than the dealers we've partnered with in the aggregates industry. We are honored and humbled so many joined us at Ignite18 this week to learn about our shared vision for the future," said John Garrison, vice presi- dent of of sales. During the event's keynote address, Superior Industries Pres- ident Jarrod Felton spoke about the company's "Rockface to Loadout" strategy and "Drive to 25" vision for success, which focuses on building innovation and creating opportunity for its customers. "We are pursuing a new standard in serving the customer," Felton said. "Our goal is to accomplish that with technology and world-class systems." Felton also emphasized that the company will spend a greater focus on "strengthening our cultural roots" and completing its global channel for product development. He also gave the group a sneak peak of products in develop- ment – such as a new horizontal impact crusher, P500 Patriot Cone Crusher, Helix Portable Wash Plant and other equip- ment that will debut at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2020. The event included a tour of Hancock Concrete's quarry oper- ation in Glenwood, Minn. Superior Industries equipment was demonstrated at the site, including solutions for crushing, screening, conveying and more. Superior specialists John Bennington, Mark Crooks, Mike Schultz, Alan Schmidgall and Kathy Johnson conducted rotating sessions on washing, crushing, screening, convey- ing and aftermarket. Vice President of Systems Jason Adams conducted plant tours for attendees as well. Corey Poppe, marketing communications manager, talked to the dealers about the company's capabilities, described some recent projects and spoke about how to partner with dealers to promote to end users. Scott Gulan, sales manager, addressed dealer programs. Felton, in a special sit-down with members of the trade press, elaborated further on the company's progress and reiterated it's long-term commitment to serving the aggregates market. "We have come a long way since we were just a conveyor company," he said. "We have big plans for the future and look forward to it."
