(IAC) designed, built and commissioned the newest frac sand dry plant in the Permian Basin for High Roller Sand. With dry processing capacity in excess of 4 million tpy, the High Roller Sand 115 Plant is its most advanced yet, featuring technology that will create and enhance sustainable high output. IAC was charged with the task of providing High Roller Sand with an advanced plant capable of meeting and exceeding its core objectives of quality, consistency and reliability. Through the utilization of innovative equipment including IAC's patented dual feed rotary dryer/cooler and the latest in remote monitoring and predictive modeling, the plant sets the standard for consistent, quality sand production, the company said. High Roller Sand's partnership with IAC extends beyond the commissioning of the plant to include IAC's new Special Ops plant optimization program. High Roller Sand is utilizing IAC's expertise in operating and optimizing output through a dedicated on-site team and a secure remote access feed of the systems and control points within the plant. IAC's Special Ops team established operational metrics, monitors perfor- mance, and trains High Roller Sand staff. "The construction and start-up of our new Kermit dry plant has been the smoothest to date. The knowledge and profes- sionalism and integrity of the IAC team is second to none, as is their integrated approach to parts, equipment, engineer- ing, and construction. These key EPC core values reduced build time without compromising quality," stated Luke Gar- rett, chief operating officer at High Roller Sand. "We value High Roller Sand's team as a true partner. Their ability to make decisions and move quickly allowed us to integrate change and optimization throughout the project. Their core focus on safety, technology and quality aligns with IAC core values. We are excited to extend our commitment to the success of High Roller through continued operational involvement with our Special Ops team to insure proper maintenance, training, and total plant optimization," said IAC President Bob Carter. The High Roller Sand 115 Plant is located in Kermit, Texas. Wayfinder Commissions New Frac Sand Extraction, Processing Operation Wayfinder Corp. started commissioning its new frac sand extraction and processing operation, which is now Alber- ta's closest regional silica sand facility to the Duvernay, the company said. Strategically located 80 km southeast of Whitecourt on Hwy. 43, the facility is one of the largest frac sand facilities in Canada and expected to be in production by the end of April 2019. "As regional sand gains industry acceptance, Wayfinder is set up and ready to supply the frac sand needed to meet demand. The facility's close proximity to the Duvernay provides huge advantages for exploration and production companies operating in the region," said Wayfinder Presi- dent and CEO Chad Bremner. Wayfinder began working on the development of the "Big Molly" regional frac sand facility in 2016. After an extensive permitting and approval process that included hundreds of individual meetings with land owners, municipal and provin- cial regulatory organizations, the facility is now operational. "I want to personally thank the incredible land owners and their families, who welcomed me into their homes to learn about Wayfinder's plans for our sand facility," added Bremner. "While the process to receive necessary approvals was much more comprehensive and took longer than anticipated, the relationships built, and mutual understanding developed as a result of this undertaking has been invaluable." Wayfinder Corp. is a privately held, Alberta-based company that provides total proppant management for oil and gas E&P companies. The company operates two unit-train capable transload facilities – Gold Creek, with 50,000 metric tons of storage capacity; and Obed, which is also home to the compa- ny's state-of-the-art resin coating plant, with 20,000 metric tons of storage capacity. Wayfinder recently added flowback and surface sand separation capability and now operates the closest regional sand facility to the Duvernay. New High Roller Sand Plant Rocks the Permian
