Its line of Tru-Trainer conveyor belt tracking idlers don't rely on contact with the belt edge in order to guide it. This means that conveyor belt edge damage, which occurs frequently with other tracking systems, is avoided, noted the company. The center pivot is unique and simple, consisting of a stainless-steel pin within a solid steel center shaft. Continuous alignment by always tracking the belt to the center of the conveyor, reduces edge damage, spillage and overall better con- veyor belt tracking performance. The patented design does not rely on the conveyor belt to activate an arm-type tracking mechanism. By utilizing an internal pivot versus external pivot it does not build up with carry back. Also, Tru-Trainer is reactionary in both wet and dry conditions as seen in below- and above-ground mining. ASGCO, www.asgco.com Atlas Copco The company launched its latest construction equipment specifically designed to meet the needs of cus- tomers across five key areas: Safety, Performance, Advancements, Connec- tivity and Ergonomics (S.P.A.C.E.).
