Compact Track Loader Heavy Duty Screener The TS‐522 Heavy Duty Screener, suitable for medium‐ to large‐scale operations, is ideal in applications such as recycling, sand and gravel, mining, or as a part of a crusher circuit. The screener is powered by a 129‐hp Caterpillar C4.4 engine, and is capable of processing ma‐ terials at a rate of up to 670 tph. In terms of hopper ca‐ pacity, the standard 14‐ft.‐wide hopper feeder is rated to 12‐cu.‐yd. This extra space is built to accommodate a greater amount of material, enabling higher production rates. With a 22‐ x 5‐ft. top deck and a 20‐ x 5‐ft. bottom deck, the machine has a total screening area of 210 sq. ft. This two‐deck design enables users to produce and sort up to three different size products. For customers need‐ ing four finished products, IRock offers the TS‐522 TD, a three‐deck version of the screener. The decks can be in‐ terchanged so customers have more control over end‐ product size. Furthermore, while the TS‐522 comes standard with an attached cord and remote for control‐ ling and maneuvering the screener around a job site, a wireless remote option is also available. IRock Crushers, www.irockcrushers.com Featuring an electronic, 4‐cyclinder, turbo‐powered Perkins Tier 4i diesel engine, the new Terex PT‐110G compact track loader boasts 332 ft.‐lb. of peak torque at 1,400 rpm, 45 gpm of hydraulic flow and a two‐speed transmission that allows travel speeds up to 10 mph. The 110‐hp loader has an oper‐ ating weight of 11,100 lb., a tipping load of 7,600 lb. – with a 3,800 lb. operating capacity at 50 percent tipping load ca‐ pacity – and a lift height of 125 in. Boasting a narrow 6‐ft. profile, 14.8‐in. ground clearance and 4.3‐psi ground pres‐ sure, the Terex PT‐110G is designed to work well in limited access areas, as well as on soft or sensitive surfaces, with minimal damage or impact. The unit is engineered with the Terex patented Posi‐Track undercarriage technology and multi‐level suspension and is engineered with 48 contact points on the ground for excellent traction and high flotation in all ground conditions. Terex, www.terexconstruction.com Onboard Truck Ramps Superior Industries offers time‐saving onboard truck ramps as a new option for its line of portable RazerTail Truck Un‐ loaders. Packaged with the machine, these onboard ramps reduce setup time for owners by up to an hour. According to Superior, the new onboard ramps unfold from their trans‐ port position in as little as five minutes. A loader or forklift operator simply connects chains or straps to hooks and re‐ verses to initiate ramp setup. To return the ramps to a trans‐ port position, the loader or forklift performs the same function while traveling in the opposite direction. These new ramps are available on all model 48‐in. (1200mm) and 72‐in. (1800mm) RazerTail truck unloaders. The patented machine, exclusively manufactured by Superior Industries, allows full belly or end dump trucks to unload in as little as 90 seconds. Customers often combine the equipment with the company¹s TeleStacker Conveyor to eliminate bulk material segregation from truck to stockpile. Other applications for the portable truck unloader include barge, ship and railcar loading. Superior Industries, www.superior‐ind.com www.rockproducts.com ROCKproducts • NOVEMBER 2012 43
