The new J35 compact jaw crusher recently completed field testing. It is the perfect solution for projects with small footprints but big requirements. This versatile, mobile crusher nimbly moves around in small spaces, continu- ing to track while crushing. The J35's small footprint is uniquely suited to the demolition and asphalt recycling, aggregates and smaller scale construc- tion projects. Less than 2.5-m wide, the crushers can be transported easily from site to site. Hillhead 2018 is seen as the per- fect opportunity for McCloskey International to announce, show, and demonstrate products from each of its lines. The exhibition grounds will be dotted with McCloskey green screeners, crushers and stackers, including McClo- skey authorized dealer, Aggregates Processing & Recycling Ltd. (AGG-PRO), which will display the new recirculat- ing compact crusher – the I34R – along with a jaw crusher, stacker and scalping screener. The demo area of the show will feature crushing and stockpiling throughout the event. McCloskey representatives and dealers will be on hand to discuss the products on display and in the demo area. Over the past 12 months McCloskey International has continued to add new international dealers across all regions to represent the number of new prod- ucts that were added to the company's portfolio. Many of these dealers will be attending Hillhead 2018, and visi- tors will be able to connect with them during the show and after. McCloskey International, www.mccloskeyinternational.com EvoQuip Cobra 230 Features Quick Set Up Time EvoQuip showcased the newest addi- tion to its impact crushing range, the Cobra 230 at AGG1. Matt Dickson, EvoQuip, product line director, said, "The Cobra 230 Impact Crusher is a machine that provides class-leading productivity, unmatched versatility and excellent fuel efficiency. The quick set up times, simple intuitive operation and ease of transport makes this machine an ideal solution for all applications. We are on the lookout for new distributors for the EvoQuip brand and I would invite anyone inter- ested in this to discuss this excellent opportunity." The Cobra 230 has been on test with J & V Construction in Ireland. Gerd McCann, J & V Construction director, said, "The EvoQuip Cobra 230 has managed to surpass our expectations, handling a mix of difficult rock and heavy duty recycled concrete with ease, and turning it into products we have been able to reuse on our construction sites." The rapid set up time and intuitive control system on the Cobra 230 enables the operator to be crushing minutes after unload- ing the machine from the trailer. The operator can also adjust the crusher setting easily without the need for any tools using the user-friendly hydraulic assist that is standard on the machine. There are a number of key design fea- tures in the Cobra 230 that ensure an optimal material flow through the crushing process. As material moves from the feeder through the impac- tor onto the product belt each section becomes wider ensuring an unre- stricted flow. The excellent under-crusher clearance, the short distance from the crusher discharge to the magnet and the ability to lower the product conveyor while running make the Cobra 230 the ideal machine in all applications. The Cobra 230 uses an extremely fuel efficient and high performing direct drive system to power the impact crusher. This along with the two inde- pendent hydraulic controlled aprons allows the operator to optimize the material throughput and reduction whilst ensuring the best fuel efficiency. Serviceability has been integral throughout the design and develop- ment of the Cobra 230. With ground level access to the engine, hydraulics, service and refueling points, it ensures maintenance is easy for the operator. This is further enhanced with features such as the hinged radiator pack and hinged diesel tank. The compact footprint makes the Cobra 230 easy to transport and also makes it an ideal machine for working in urban areas. EvoQuip, www.terex.com/evoquip/en McCloskey to Show J35 Crusher at Hillhead
