Camera ID Libra Systems has released the innovative Camera ID, which eliminates the delays and costs of paper signatures and provides proof‐of‐purchase for quick, full‐proof resolu‐ tion of billing disputes. In‐yard times and processing costs are reduced because there is no longer a need for a driver's signature. Additionally, there is no action required by the driver. Camera ID allows a billing clerk to easily retrieve transaction images and email them to customers. It also allows management to view live video to serve as a logistics tool or theft deterrent. Other features include its ability to automatically han‐ dle variable truck positions as well as support multiple cameras/images for each transaction or process. A Self‐Service Kiosk can also be added to automatically iden‐ tify and process each truck. Libra Systems, Inc., www.librasystems.com Acoustic Cleaner The Martin Sonic Horn is an acoustic cleaner that reduces system downtime, maintenance and operating costs, while improving per‐ formance and prolonging equipment life. There are two models of the sonic horn available. Martin Model D‐75 Sonic Horn has a fundamental frequency of 75 Hz and measures 92.07 in. (2,339 mm) in length and weighs 190 lbs. (86.2 kg). The Model D‐230 is 27.5‐in. long (698.5 mm) and weighs 54.27 lbs. (24.6 kg). It features a fundamental fre‐ quency of 230 Hz. Martin Sonic Horns are well suited for use in bag houses, selective catalytic reduction (SCR) processes, silos, hoppers, cyclones, and so forth. Used in combination with Martin Engineering's Big Blaster Air Cannon technology, the sonic horns provide a total cleaning and flow solution. Moreover, the horns comply with OSHA dB regulations for vessel interiors, helping manufacturing facilities to comply with emissions regulations. The heavy‐duty, horizontally split‐ housing design incorporates advanced gearing, optimized through the latest materials and technologies, to provide maximum performance under load. The housing shape and features were designed through the use of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to enhance the drive's superior thermal dissipation qualities. The drive incorporates ex‐ clusive, Magnum no‐leak seals with oil drain backs and purgeable grease chamber to eliminate oil leaks. An op‐ tional, eco‐friendly DuraPlate cooling system requires no water or electricity to operate and achieves optimal cooling to fully utilize the unit's unparalleled torque density. According to the company, the Falk V‐Class is the most reliable and lowest maintenance gearbox in the industry with standardized monitoring and lubrication packages, 24/7 customer support, readily available spare parts and a dedicated product services team.
